PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Take the T to the Walnut Street Synagogue!
The MBTA Silver Line (SL3) has two stops near the synagogue – Bellingham Square Station (near, but not actually at Bellingham Square) and Chelsea Station (next to Market Basket). The SL3 connects with the Blue Line at Airport Station; it does not stop at the airport terminals. The SL3 also serves South Station for connections to the Red Line and its commuter rail connections.
The MBTA Bus Route 111 serves Bellingham Square from the Haymarket Station (Orange Line and Green Lines C and E). The MBTA Bus Routes 116 and 117 serve Bellingham Square from the Maverick Blue Line Station.
For those coming by commuter rail from the North Shore on the Newburyport/Rockport line, the Chelsea train station is adjacent to the Market Basket on Everett Ave. and the Silver Line Chelsea bus station. Note that not all trains stop in Chelsea.
All of the public transportation stops are less than a ten minute walk from the synagogue.
